FEATURED SPEAKERS

JIM AND SUZANNE MAXWELL

Jim and Suzanne established their ministry, Redemptive Hope, after their own marriage was restored.

Suzanne has advocated for abuse victims in the Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana area and hosts the Ladies With Lovingkindness online support group.

Since dealing with the idolatrous sin of oppression in his own life, Jim has been in continuous education on the subject of domestic abuse. In 2019 Jim published his testimony in the book There Is Hope: One Man's Journey From Abusive Anger to Redemptive Grace.

Jim now leads groups of abusive men through coursework to understand the path to transformation. His online sessions use the Men of Peace curriculum published by Jim's friend and mentor, Chris Moles.

FLOYD YUTZY

Floyd has been married to his wife, Elaine, for 29 years. They have four children, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. He has served in pastoral ministry for 23 years and planted Cornerstone Community Church in Kalona, Iowa in 2016.

Floyd serves as director of Clarity in Action Ministries. He has a passion for helping people through the study of God's Word, the help of the Holy Spirit, and the application of the Gospel to everyday living. His favorite way to relax is fishing, and he enjoys every moment spent in or on the water.

"Domestic violence in any form – physical, sexual, emotional, psychological or spiritual – is an assault upon the image of God in a fellow human being, and is therefore an assault upon God himself."

-Chris Moles
